A gift for Dad

My Dad turned 75 years old this past September.

Dad and Mom raised 7 children on a pipefitters wage.

One can only imagine the sacrifices that were made to keep 7 kids fed, clothed and directed in the path of contributing adults.

Well, Dad and Mom have a hand carved gift coming. These are from the heart and hope to convey to them the gratitude of a job well done.

This guy was meant to catch the essence of my Dad. A guy who loves to golf. He has a rather large schnozz that he tucks his hat right over.

The hand is usually in the pocket and a jingle of change is usually present.

The driver is what I wanted to be the focal point as Dad has this HUGE headed driver. To me, it looks like a bowling ball on a stick.

At 75 years old, he's allowed any benefits he can get.

Job well done Dad, and thank you.
